Ok, we have basically planned for the schedule of the class outing. Before we announce it, we have some steps for you guys to follow.

1st. By wednesday, tell us ( organizers of class outing which include Yixin, Meatpao, Zickry, Afiq, Fadhil and me) if you will be present on the 3/11/08 class outing.

2nd.By Friday, we will collect the funds( as we mentioned, it will be less than $10) by Meatpao.

3rd. Attend the outing on 3/11.

To answer some of your questions,

Why did we chose the pit under dextor's house?
We chose the location under dextor's house is because the pit is cleaner and HALAL.

What will happen if you did not tell us that you wont be present?
We will assume that you will be coming and collect class funds from you.

Why is the outing on 3/11/08?
We have done the 1st round of voting and most of you guys said you will be free on 2,3 week of the holidays.

What will happen if there are not a lot of people going after the 2nd round of voting?
The outing will carried out as per normal, it will only change if there is alot of CCA going on.

If you have any queries you can look for Yixin, the overall in-charge, Zickry, the admin or me, the planner. We will inform you guys the time for the outing and the location to meet BY WEDNESDAY.
